At Viasox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks don't provide the perfect fit or comfort you expected, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
